Removing blackheads without damaging the surrounding tissue, is one of the foremost problems facing blackhead sufferers. A blackhead extractor is often used by a dermatologist butthe divice can also be used as a home remedy tool for blackhead removal.

The basic process for using a blackhead extractor/comedone extractor is as follows:

1. First, steam your face or take a hot shower in order to open up your pores.
2. Wash your hands and sanitize the comedone extractor with  alcohol or other sanitizers.
3. Center the blemish inside the loop of the blackhead remover and press on it until all the blackhead junk comes out.
4. When done, wipe down the tool with alcohol again and also apply a antiseptic/ sanitizing cream to your face in order to avoid any infections.
